1) Recognize my imperfections
( 2Corinthians 12:7)- Even though I have received such wonderful revelations from God. So to keep me from becoming proud, I was given a thorn in my flesh, a messenger from satan to torment me from becoming proud. — Proverbs 26:12 says “there is more hope for fools than for those who think they are wise.” God sits high and looks low, God looks beyond ALL OUR faults.
2) Reveal my incapacity
( 2 Corinthians 12:10) -that’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. When we go to God and admit that what he’s trying to accomplish through me is bigger than what I am capable to do on my own. He does not see us for where we are but where He has called us to go. We must humble ourselves and submit to God, understanding we need him to do all things that are good.
3) Reconcile our inconveniences
Paul says he prayed three times to God referencing the thorn in his flesh, requesting that He’d take it away. God responded each time, but did not take away the thorn. He gave him revelation rather than deliverance. God told Paul, “my grace is sufficient for you!” -Romans 8:1 for there is no condemnation for those who belong to Jesus Christ.
4) Release my insecurities
(2 Corinthians 12:8) three different Times I asked God to take it away. God can still use you. — 1 Peter 5:7 Give all my worries and my cares to God, for he cares about me. — Philippians 1:6 and I am certain that God who began the good work in you will continue his work until it’s finally finished…
GOD DESIRES TO USE US ALL FOR HIS PURPOSES, NO MATTER WHAT WE LACK, WHAT WE HAVE DONE, OR WHO WE ARE. He gave us all an assignment before we we were conceived, already knowing who’d we become and what decisions we would make throughout our lives, yet WITH HIM we are still capable to do what He desires to be done.
